After a season full of losses for the Polar football team. There was a excitement for playoffs as the Polars took on Central High School. The Polars really felt like they could really make a run in playoffs after playing in such a tough conference in the regular season.

This was the most exciting one of the year as they got the first win of the season. But this game started off like most other north games as the Polars scored a touchdown in the opening drive, yet they still found themselves, down 14 to 7 at the end of the first quarter. Also as usual the Polars found themselves down by even more at the half 21 to 7.

Desperate times calls for desperate measures as the Polars really didn’t want their season to end that night. The Polars coach had to make his most important coaching decision at north yet to date. He decided after many minutes of contemplation to play the secret weapon, water manager T-money at running back.

Turned out it was his best decision yet as the polar offense came back strong in the third quarter. As T-money wearing his favorite jersey number 1, played great rushing for 170 yards and 2 touchdowns in the quarter. Unfortunately there was still more work to do as the Polars defense also gave up a touchdown in the quarter. At the end of the third quarter the Polars were trailing 21 to 28.

The fourth quarter was where T-money really went off as he rushed for just over 265 yards and 3 touchdowns. T-money’s final touchdown came with no time left on the clock, where at the Polars 30 he got the ball  and he ran it right up the middle stiff arming the first defender and hurdling over the second defender with a mighty leap at the 45 where it was all open field from there as T-money had his 5th touchdown of the game. The Polars stormed into the end zone to celebrate their walk-off win with star running back T-money, as they won with the final score 35 to 28.

I asked Rashan Scott on his thoughts of T-money’s amazing performance, he said “ I’ve never seen someone dominate a football game like that it was video game like. Were going to the next round baby!”

The Polars play their next game at… oh wait I forgot none of this happened the Polars lost, and their season is over.
