At North High School, kids taste in music has a lot of varieties. From Classical music to Rap music to today’s hits and it’s pop music.

Richard Jones a Sophomore at North High School that listens to mainly rap music. Richard says “Listening to rap and the lyrics is super nostalgic to me”. Old school rappers like 2Pac, etc and trendy rappers today like Post Malone, Lil Pump, etc. But he also thinks some of today’s rappers are goofy and just doing it for the money.

Jacob Moua a Junior part of band that plays the trumpet (trumpet sound). He loves listening to classical music because its soothing. Jacob says “I love classical music. I listen to it at school and at home. It makes me feel calm and in control.

As you can see, music from classical to rap is very different from each other and taste in music at North High School has a lot of diversity.
